To get a useful answer on the first reply, tell us:

• Your name and the business whose account you use
• Whether you are on the web app, iPhone, or Android
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead
• The job or document number involved, if there is one
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see

Wekatz accounts are created for you by your organisation's administrator — there is no public sign-up. If you do not have credentials, or your access has stopped working, contact your administrator first; they can reset a password or re-enable an account immediately.

If you are the administrator and you are locked out, email us at the address above from the account's registered email.

You can ask us to delete your Wekatz staff account and the personal data associated with it. Email airgreensolution1@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", from the email address on the account.

What is deleted: your staff profile — name, email, phone number, profile photo — and your sign-in credentials.

What is retained, and why: business records your employer owns, such as jobs, estimates, invoices, payments and expense receipts, stay with that business. They are its financial and operational records, and tax and accounting rules require them to be kept. Where those records name you as the person who did the work, that reference is retained for the same reason. If you want business records changed or removed, that request has to come from the business that owns the account.

We will confirm when the deletion is done. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what Wekatz processes. In short: the mobile apps request no location permission, contain no advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.

To report a security issue, email airgreensolution1@gmail.com with the subject "Security report". Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
